Stayed in a great location with easy access to everything. the position of the hotel was wonderful, right on the lake front, and we enjoyed the lovely suite with private balcony overlooking the lake. Breakfasts were excellent with a great choice including catering for dietary preferences and requirements.
Limited staff, expected more assistance to be available. the WIFI connection wasn't always reliable, and we were disappointed that there were no coffee making facilities in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right on the shore of Lake Garda, allowing us easy access to everything we needed, including the ferry stop for exploring other lakeside towns. The view from our suite's private balcony was absolutely breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the shimmering lake. The hotel's staff was incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Additionally, the hotel's amenities, such as free Wi-Fi and room service, added to the overall convenience and enhanced our experience.
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Very proper hotel with luxury rooms. The hotel lies in the town of Salo and exactly at the lake. The people are very dedicated and customer friendly. The food is rather expensive, but very tasty. The breakfast is pretty basic. The hotel is worth of the 4 stars.
There is a parking garage, but most of the parking spaces are reserved by other hotels, only leaving some and mostly bad parking spaces for the customers of hotel Duomo. Bit anoying sometimes. No swimming pool ofcourse, but a nice bubblebath and ofcourse the lake a couple of meters away. The first free beach is about 10 minutes by bike. The breakfast was good, but very basic and not much to choose from.

The hotel is positioned perfectly for a waterfront stay. Within walking distance are plenty of places to shop, dine and take in the beauty of the surroundings. Boat sails anywhere on the water affordably. Hotel staff are friendly and attend to every guest need. Confirmation of satisfied stay conveyed through impeccably clean and fresh-smelling rooms, along with high-quality facilities, lavish breakfast, and picturesque views of the mountains and the lake from rooms or balconies.
The restaurant may offer limited menu choices.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was right on the shore of a beautiful lake with easy access to pebble beaches. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely communal terrace that featured sun loungers, parasols, huge plants, and even a hot tub. We were impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel, and the staff were particularly helpful and courteous. we found it easy to park at the hotel and use the transportation options available to explore this city.
It was all superb.

Great location with beautiful views of the lake from the balcony. Bikes are available for free to explore other areas of the promenade. Breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to cater for all tastes and preferences.
Room decor is a bit outdated and in need of refreshing. Air conditioning was not cooling the room effectively and despite bringing it to the staff's attention, it took a few days to be fixed.

The Location of this hotel is superb, the views are fantastic and is ideal for exploring Salo and the rest of Lake Garda. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially the waiter in the evening, you can drive your car right upto the front of the Hotel 9even though it is part of the promenade and looks as if you cant!) to unload and then they give you directions to a free car park a short walk away. Breakfast was fab - cappacinos and omelettes included! We would go back.
